On your doorstep is Domme a most charming village reknowned for its splendid views of the dordogne river. Sarlat - known as “ The Jewel” of the Dordogne, a remarkable town full of history, culture and fantastic shops. In the evening enjoy a sumptuous meal at one of the numerous excellent restaurants lining the narrow cobbled streets lit by gas lights and be entertained by musicians, jugglers, acrobats and fire eaters!!!!

There are many medieval towns close by that are a definite must to visit - Beynac, Cenac, Domme, Gourdon, St Cyprien La Roque Gageac, Rocamadour also Grolejac boasts a lake with beach for those interested in water sports, the list is endless.
